Project teams will always be staffed with experienced consultants. We proudly practice "WYSIWYG Consulting" (what you see is what you get). The Morris Advisors team that meets with the client and develops the proposal is the same group of professionals that will deliver the work.
Through strategic partnerships with leading experts in each of our three practice areas – payments, loyalty marketing, and e-business – we gain considerable flexibility to apply the specific expertise required by the client. Your success is our objective, not just building our own brand.
Our professional arrangements are flexible – there is no minimum project size or pre-determined pricing models. Consulting services may be billed on an hourly basis, as a fixed price proposal, or even with "success fee" or "equity" arrangements that help provide a shared incentive.
And finally, and most importantly, we fully understand the responsibility that we have to our clients to provide insightful, accurate, and unbiased professional advice. We are a management consulting firm and not a provider of any specific product or solution, and will therefore provide recommendations that are free of bias.
